Returns / Exchanges

We apologize for any inconvenience, but we are unable to accept any returns or exchanges due to our high standards. Once items have left our office, we simply cannot re-sell them. Therefore, we do not offer returns for any reason. However, in certain situations, we can offer site credit or a possible refund. Refunds

While we do strive to offer 100% satisfaction we do not offer refunds for most Seed Canary Fulfilled orders, and we can not accept returns / Exchanges. Due to our Customer Satisfaction Guarantee, we would not re-sell any item that had previously left our office as we cannot verify the products authenticity once it leaves our hands.
If you placed or received an order and changed your mind we will not refund or exchange it. If there is an error on your order we will try to work with you, but we send orders out very quickly and we can’t always catch them before they go out for delivery.

Order Arrived Damaged

If your Seed Canary Fulfilled order arrives damaged, please contact us right away by email informing us of your damaged order and we will be more than happy to help with your situation.

24 Hours Live Arrival Guarantee

In a rare case if Clones are dead on arrival, we must be notified within 24 hours by the same day of delivery. Please take clear photos of the damaged/dead clone and send it to us within 24 hours.  Live Arrival Guarantee will be void after 24 hours of delivery. All replacements are considered final and we will not replace the replacement.

  • Picture requirements: Take at least 2 clear photos of damaged or dead clone and send photos and order information to our email within 24 hours: Support@seedcanary.com 

Please understand that our Live Arrival Guarantee is Limited to certain conditions. Specifically, the guarantee will not be applicable in cases where the package is marked as ‘invalid address’, ‘undeliverable’ or is ‘returned to sender.’ This includes situations such as a vacant delivery address, a missing apartment number, or any other issues that prevent the postal service from delivering your package.

It is crucial to provide accurate and complete shipping information to ensure the successful delivery of your order and the applicability of the Live Arrival Guarantee.

 

WE OFFER RE-SHIP OR EXCHANGE ON SOME ORDERS – CERTAIN circumstances MAY REQUIRE CUSTOMER TO PAY FOR SHIPPING ON EXCHANGE OR RESHIPS. SEED CANARY WILL DETERMINE IF ORDERS ARE ELIGBLE

SEED CANARY TAKES NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY ITEMS THAT ARE USED IN AN ILLICIT OR ILLEGAL FASHION.

30 Day Replacement Policy

If your clone dies for any reason within 30 days of receiving your order, we will reship/replace your clone ONCE for a flat rate fee of $75.00
